1. About these terms
These terms apply to all design, modelling and printing work by APEX 3D and to use of this website. By approving a quote, you agree to them.
2. Quotes
A quote lists the work, the price, the files or parts to be delivered and the expected time.
Quotes are valid for [CONFIRM: number] days. The price changes only if the scope changes, and we tell you first.
3. Payment
An advance payment of [CONFIRM: advance percentage] confirms the order. The balance is paid on handover.
We accept cash, UPI, PayPal and credit or debit card.

4. Revisions
The quote includes up to 8 rounds of changes. Extra changes, or a change in the brief, are quoted separately before we start them.
5. What you send us
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every drawing, photo, file, logo or design you send us.
You are responsible for any claim that arises from material you supply.
6. Ownership of the work
Once the job is fully paid, you own the final design files we deliver for your project.
We may keep a copy for our records and to reprint on your request. We show your work in our portfolio only with your permission.
7. 3D printing
Printed parts can show layer lines, small size differences and slight colour differences between batches, depending on the material and printer.
We tell you what to expect for your part before printing.
8. Time and delivery
Timings in a quote are estimates. They start once we have the advance and all the information we need.

Risk passes to you once the parts are handed to you or the courier.
9. Cancellations and refunds

Printed parts made to your design cannot be returned unless they are faulty or do not match the approved design. In that case we reprint the part free of charge.
10. Work we do not take on
We may refuse any job, including weapons or weapon parts, items that copy someone else's protected design or brand, or anything illegal.
11. Liability
We are responsible for doing the agreed work with reasonable skill and care.
Our total liability for any job is limited to the amount paid for that job [CONFIRM].
We are not responsible for how a part is used after delivery, or for losses caused by information or files supplied by the client.
12. Using this website
Content, images and 3D models on this site belong to APEX 3D or its clients and may not be copied or reused without permission.
13. Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of India. We will first try to settle any problem by talking.
Courts in [CONFIRM: Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh] have jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. A job follows the terms in force when its quote was approved.
