2. What we collect
What you type in the quote form: your name, phone number, the service you need, project details, quantity, timing and city.
Messages, photos, sketches and design files you send us on WhatsApp, by email or in person.
Call records on our phone when you ring us.
Our website itself does not ask you to create an account.
3. How the quote form works
The quote form does not store your details on our website. It opens WhatsApp with your message filled in, and we receive it only when you press send.

4. How we use your details
We use your details to reply to you, prepare quotes, design, model and print your project, arrange delivery, and keep basic records for accounts and tax.
We do not use your files for anything else.
5. Your design files and confidentiality
We treat every file, sketch and product idea you share as confidential.
We only show a project in our portfolio when you agree, and we only name a client when they agree.

8. How long we keep details
